Our kids love the water slides . Provincial suites are in 1st & 2nd floor. No view but convenient access to the car and pool. Parking is free.
Book a room on the upper levels facing the mountains .
I like the holiday inn nearby better...just better rooms and location in general. I also think it's cheaper and has parade instead of an open parking lot .
Decent Hotel , abysmal shuttle service. I’ve been here three times and each time waited a min of 30 minutes to an hour. Only one shuttle for two hotels , where other hotels run two shuttles each.

The heating system In the rooms is terrible!! Noisy and unable to get the right temperature ..also the pillows are hard and uncomfortable

It is a bit of a maze in the west side of the hotel. The penthouse suites in the east tower are great for longer stays, with a full kitchen, dining area & living room, and the bedroom upstairs. - Myra M
Great hotel close to the airport. Nice river views with clean and spacious rooms. I like the day stay option. It's 10 min walk to outlet mall. Love the free shuttle to/from the airport every 20 min. - Rob Nicholson
