Hard to explain how immensely disappointing Bob Evans has become. There used to be long lines waiting for a delicious meal. Now it is a ghost town serving small, tasteless meals. We won't be back.

there was no one at the counter to seat us, so we stood for five minutes waiting for someone while at least four employees and a manager just watched us stand there. Needless to say, we left.
I enjoyed the new southwest biscuit bowl.
