If you have a fond memories of good food, good ambience from Pizza Express in HK or UK, please stay away the chain in SG, tried 2 places both very disappointing.
The manager said a pizza would take around 20 mins but it took almost twice the time for it to arrive. Other customers also complained. And it was lukewarm and tasted rather bland. Will not return.
