The only time u have had to queue, is Saturday at peak times and around Christmas . They always open extra tolls if I am waiting.
Very true about queues. Also they are always stacking shelves making it impossible to get round They need more staff !
Expect to wait AGES to pick up a prescription even when u are the only person bring served.
The cutlery is filthy in the cafe ...
The "self serve" tills are useless
Ask for a free coffee refill before 10am you may be surprised. Love the breakfasts - Jay C
