Yin Yoga - its not your typical flow/power yoga , its more like meditation focused on flexibility and listening to your body

Very nice (although small) gym . Except for the juice bar … snails can run in circles around these people.

This medium-sized gym has a sufficient amount of weight and cardio equipment in addition to a juice bar that makes perfect post-workout shakes.
