It's Starbucks, you get the gist of it. I agree with the negative reviews about customer service. Out of the three employees I dealt with, one was a 10, one was a 5, and the third was a 2. #trysmiling

As good as any Starbucks, but why in the menu are they offering just tall flat whites ?

I've had nothing but great customer service from everyone at the Plymouth Starbucks. I know that Dave is hard of hearing so maybe some understanding on your part would help.

The barista with the short hair and hipster glasses is constantly clearing her throat, coughing and sniffling while she is making drinks. EW I was gonna get a drink but nevermind...

I recommend their caffè mocha . That's my regular.

There is a reason why we go out of our way to NOT get drinks here. Took three tries for my frapp and then I got attitude. Ford & Lotz=much better experience.

Dark roast coffee and vanilla bean scones

I like this Starbucks, but they make a pretty poor earl grey latte . Better to stick with coffee here.

Normally great service, but BEWARE of Dave, Jen, and Kayla. They have a serious attitude against customer service. They also don't make good drinks.

Hearing challenges does not excuse poor customer service. Overall customer relations HAVE improved because the District Manager stepped in to remind employees what customers expect from any SB.
