Jim is probably the best creator of fruit-based drinks anywhere. Always the freshest fruit -- wish I could fervor that good. Buy his book !
Try the "Lava Flow ," or ask Brendan to make up something, as I did. Not sure what is in this one, but it sure is tasty! Grab a copy of Pool Bar Jim's drink recipe book too--best around!
