Cozy little place. People behind the counters are always super nice and the seasonal specials are always spectacular, though I usually stick to my regular NOLA subbed with Banana Pudding Ice Cream .

Awesome place for breakfast , lunch , dinner , well I guess anytime! Sweet or savory or sweet and savory, they have it! Will return several times! So glad it’s only 20 or so minutes from the house!

Great waffles with a unique, dense batter. Smaller portions (but great prices) so you can reasonably order two per person. Just Peachy was a favorite. Closed Sundays FYI.

To die for waffles , great service and atmosphere. Also great photography and paintings from very talented local artists . A great little gem of a place in the heart of Seabrook.

Hubby had the Egg Benedict waffle . The inside building was filled with paintings from local artists , and they had many table-top games to play. We listened to live music under their big oak tree .

I had the Monte Cristo waffle , which normally comes with some diced bacon too, but I can't do nitrates without IBS - they were great about leaving off the bacon !

Our first time here, and it will definitely not be the last. I wanted an eggs Benedict waffle but they were sold out :( so I must get here earlier next time!! White sail waffle was soooo good!

Had the "back bay " (waffle/applebutter/bacon) which tasted like apple pie . Very yummy. But it might be too sweet for my breakfast . I will definitely be back, but we'll do dessert next time.

Delicious sweet and savory waffles specialties, local art on the walls, lots of seating under big shady trees . Wonderful start to a weekend morning.

It was so good. I had the chicken & waffle . Way too many to choose from. I would chose one a week if I lived nearby.

Definitely take a minute to enjoy the smells, taste the great food and enjoy the delicious coffee . The ambiance is awsome as well .

Everything is good here, you just have to go & try it. The weirder the better.

Awesome desserts . Had a great date with my hubby. I drank Vietnamese coffee and played connect four. They have wifi !

I don't know why everyone likes this place. My waffle was thick and cold. My boyfriends was raw. The line to order is slow and service is terrible. Never again!

Takes forever. Watching the young kids fumble around and look at orders for 5 minutes before handing them out makes you want to punch them in their stupid faces. Nothing like cold food.

Took 40 minutes and the monte cristo was cold. Not warm. Cold. Sent it back so I could at least have a microwaved warm waffle . Will not be back.
