Very ritzy camping/RV Park . More $100k RV's than anything else. Great place though. Pool, Bay , trails and minutes from Balboa Island .
Occupancy seems lower, thus less noise and kids running their little scooters etc. Andrew in the reservations is the best for finding the right space for your needs. Even have discounts for bald men !
Great place to feel like you are totally gone, even that that it's three minutes.
Come out for the Fourth of July 2014 and enjoy a wh'eely good time
