Flat Cap Coffee Co

Recommended by both my colleague and Foursquare I had to go try the coffee after being new to the area and relying on chains nearby. Safe to say Flat Cap is now my go to stop for coffee in the area.

Enjoyed my Flat White here and the quick char with Friendly Barista Mr. Charlie who owns the booth . The beans used here are from a Roastery called Notes.

As each coffee 's milk is made as the order is in it can have a bit of a queue. other than that the coffee is great and I don't like to stir it as they put nice little decorations on the top

Had an absolutely beautiful shot of fruity espresso , top patter from the barista as well .

This was the original location where Notes started. Using Notes beans and pulling some amazing espresso .

Excellent soya latte . The coffee tastes a bit like raisin toast - deliciously spicy . Yum.

Don't expect a store as I did, this is a stall and in an outdoor market , very funky.
