Definitely not a very good dining experience. I frequent Hap Chan in MM and this has set the bar for crappy service. The food takes a looooong time to be delivered even if the place is not packed.

The food was okay not so great. The place is small and the seats are limited. Been here twice.
Poor service! I was there first but the customers after me got their orders delivered first.. Eating utensils were not included in my take out order!
Hap Chan here at Batangas, umm Okay naman pareparehas lang ang lasa, maganda lang dto tahimik kasi kokonti ang tao marerelax ka dahil hnd maingay :3
