It's best to come here during the week if you can. Also, don't buy sushi here! It's made elsewhere and shipped in, and the avocado is always brown by the time it gets to the shelf.
They have a great produce section and sushi ???? . The staff is very friendly and helpful at the self checkout.
On trips up to VT we always stop in. Even well after midnight hour. Good selection of beers too.
Better to shop during the five days rather than the weekend like this. 30 minutes to get everything, another 30 wait to check out
