The owner's name is Johnson and he's super cool. Ask him tips on the neighbourhood, he's super knowledgeable . Tonnes of outlets and tasty coffee . Try the mocha !

Be prepared for slow brunch service , especially on a Sunday morning. Food is ok.
The service is TERRIBLE. We waited almost an hour and we never got our food, eventually we paid our coffee and left. Never going back.
