Great place for a night out if you can avoid the line . Very attractive crowd I must say.
One of my favorite spots in town ... Great-authentic nostalgia on the walls, good food, good people- and good times
Your night should start with a draft beer and an order of the Bulfinch Triangles.
Fish & chips were delicious! Fish was so fresh, light & crispy .
Reggae brunch is awesome! Great band! Sausages & Pink Panther are highly recommended!
Fish and chips and Mac & cheese . Both very good.
The bar is fun, especially because they play country music , but they are trying to become a hip Boston bar . Because of that, they invent lines when the bar is empty..
Sunday brunch and reggae music is awesome!
Great brunch !
Come to Johnnies for Country Saturday and Reggae Brunch on Sunday!!!! The best!!!! Oh come for drinks and apps before the game!
Great Menu; Live Entertainment. Great place to meet up with friends before, during or after an event at TD Garden .
Cool Sports Bar in Boston. Not as packed as others. Good choice for a pre-drink.
Always a great place to eat brunch !

You can tell it's cool by how long you have to wait.
The line is obscenely long. They'll tell you they're at capacity, but when/if you get inside, its empty.
Love the 90's playlist before the DJ / band sets up.
The Ribeye is fantastic!!!
The Sunday Raggae Brunch is the bomb. 11am-4pm. LIVE Raggae Music .
Got here at 9:53, it's 10:37 and still not inside. It's not even full ????
Sunday reggae brunch is so fun!!
The lobster and sweet potato chowder is to die for!
Nice Place for Hangout n Chilled Out with your Friends...
Brunch is great!!!
Love the atmosphere!
This bar loves having a fucking long line while showing off an empty bar . Skip and go elsewhere
Prob the stupidest line ever. Got here at 10:15 waited an hour and the place is dead empty inside
Valentine's Day Bar Crawl here on 2/12/11 starting at 2:00
Reggae Brunch !
Lines to get in, lines to get drinks, even lines to get to the bathroom . Not worth the cover at ALL
it's "johnnie's" not "johnny's"...duh :)
Dinner was disappointing. Small portions for the price and food was very much sub-par.
Food was edible, service left much to be desired, the band was good.
Slowest bartenders ever at Sunday Reggae brunch .
It was horrible
Avoid this place at all costs!
