ChristianaCare Christiana Hospital Emergency Department

I was admitted to the Christina Hospital Emergency Room following a heart attack/ a mild stoke happened in the second/ third week of May, 2022, the exact date of which I don't remember.

Bullshit staff won't do shit but stand up front and make fun of the people that come in while you sit in the hall for hours on end and have to hear them when you complain or ask for help they ignore u

My husband was suffering from chemo treatments. I had to beg for them to change the pan he threw up in. He lay flat on a gurney for hours, no pillow or blanket to prop up his head so he wouldn't choke

Some of the doctors and nurses were heavy handed and they were a little over crowded as well

You'll only be seen in a timely fashion if you're ill enough to potentially die at any moment (ex. Bleeding, suffocating, broken limbs, concussion, etc.). Visit only if you really need to.

Wait forever cuz its the most popular hospital . Great place to have a baby though.

This hospital is probably there most incompetent hospital in Delaware!

Went there after a bad car accident, just for them to determine that we were fine enough to not need x-rays or anything. Refused to give my friend stitches. Friendly enough, but not very helpful.

Tip # 1. Don't come here

Go to a Wilmington hospital instead...unless you like suffering for hours to find out nothing and be treated rudely by inadequate staff ...

Waited 5 hrs in waiting room...ridiculous

Don't come here if you're in an emergency, better of just self diagnosing
