Horrible service! Comments abt jumping queue is spot on. A few of us stood waiting for cashier while someone from the back of the queue got served and paid first. WTF?! No system no professionalism!
Their credit card machine is usually down. Hard for you to get hsbc reward points (3x usually during promos)
