One of the best ways to experience the Napali Coast by water. Very friendly staff and captains. However, by far the coolest experience is to take one of their tours to the forbidden island of Niihau.
Amazing crew, so friendly and fun, and the sunset sail is the best deal. You can bring a camera , and they'll warn you when water is coming so you can put it away. This is a must for any visitor!
Awesome tour ! The way out seems to take forever but the trip back is worth it! YOU WILL GET WET! Do not bring a camera you care about or waterproof your current! Lots of ocean spray. Totally worth it!
The sunset cruise was an amazing experience. The Na Pali cliffs are gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable Would highly recommend!
The tour was fantastic. Saw dolphins, turtles and seals. Don't plan on doing anything else after cause you're going to want a shower to clean all the salt water off.
Don’t do it if you are prone to sea-sickness. We took the Laila and the boat was going at ~17 knots (~20 miles/hr) on super choppy water most of the time, making it an extremely uncomfortable ride.

Not your average "sunset cruise " if waters are "excited." More like an adventure tour . It was awesome for those who like a bumpy and wet boat ride . Others regretted ignoring rough waters warning.
