The best meat I have had in Brussels so far. Quick and friendly service . Stylish and relaxed atmosphere . One of the restaurants in Brussels I definitely want to go back to.
The Food is divine, Belgian cuisine as it should be - refined and tasteful. Service is friendly and correct. Atmosphere is unique! Brasserie pur sang!

Forget the service (decent at best, perfunctory to rude at worst). Focus on the food: La Paix lives up to reputation for serving some of the best cuts of meat around. Menus only until 1 p.m. (boo!)
We had a beautiful lunch , but all of us concurred that it was not at all worth the high price. Restaurant was practically empty.

Eindelijk er geraakt en het was een zeer aangename verrassing. Het kader is schitterend met de oude mechelse toog , maar bovenal de heerlijke gerechten.
Le menu dégustation le midi est top. En dehors de la viande sublime, beaucoup de créativité dans un cadre relax .
J'adore cet îlot de bruxellitude posé au milieu de la faune chamarrée des abattoirs , mais là... Une attente interminable pour de simples rognons servis froids au prix du caviar , je dis : arnaque !
Tout simplement délicieux et le service est impeccable.
