It's nice to see Next rebuilt after the terrible Fire at Boots Next Door, thankfully there were no injuries, looks awesome now with the extension and the Costa coffee shop too.
Terrible CX today. Not enough staff to cope with customers, not properly trained , no clear procedures for staff . All ended up making a 10 minute purchase take about 40 mins! ffs x
