The khao soi is a super creamy coconut soup . They also have prepared dishes and stews . The northern Thai sausage is really herbaceous. Tiny parking lot and a small dining room.
The food is pretty uncompromising. For example, the pork larb is flecked with organ cuts, so the flavor is complex and earthy, and might not be to your taste if you are used to more conventional larbs
Khao soi is solid; other dishes are 'authentic ' in a way that may not be to Western preferences. Very limited seating .
If you REALLY wanted a real northern thai food . You have been warned!
