Duck breast was crunchy and delicious ???? No need to mention how amazing the aligot and truffade is ???????? and definitely get a chocolate mousse for the dessert ????

Famous side dishes from Auvergne - truffade, aligot, take it to share for table otherwise you will die :) Really recommend magret de canard , it's great here
