Decent Panera. Try the breakfast sandwich with a sesame bagel w/reduced fat hazelnut cream cheese , topped off with largest cup of coffee they offer.
Apple Fuji chicken salad for lunch !! And asiago breakfast sandwich for breakfast !!! Amazing!
