DONT DOUBLE-UP THE LINE IN THE HALLWAY! It clogs the hall and folks can't get through with coffee in their hands. It also clogs up the waiting area. Extend line out the door.

the doors to the street side are SOOO heavy. be prepared and don't spill your coffee !

The artichoke sandwich is pretty good – just make sure you have them warm it first!

Fantastic group of people work here. Line does get long, but usually moves pretty quickly.

As a Gold HHonors member, I get free coffee and pastry in the AM. But. The line is so freaking long, I can rarely partake. Lame, lame, lame.
