Simple but successful. Ham was excellent (try a slice with a little hot sauce on it) as well as the ham and bean soup .
The sandwich is good but the breakfast is the move... he throws it on the griddle and that gives it another layer of flavor
Although the sandwiches are wonderful, get the breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese !
