Betty Virginia Park Shreveport , LA 71106 United States
Restrooms are clean unlike most public parks , great scenery, family atmosphere , and kept up (never see much, if any litter). Also a good place to jog/run and feel safe.
Plenty of space! My husband and I love inviting our friends here for volleyball and grilling.
One of the best parks in Shreveport to just go and hang out!
Try the Betty Virginia hill run going south on Fairfield to the caution light and back for a refreshing run.
Bring lunch , grab a picnic table , and enjoy the scenery!
If you walk your dog. Pick up the mess. Be courteous!!
Mesquitos zero in on body heat and CO2 emissions like tiny little flying Preadators. Defeat them with a mud bath like Gov Arnold
Nice place to walk dogs
Try the cross field uphill sprints for a special treat.
I grew up at this school and I am happy to take my kids to this park. It's safe and unique. - Janessa Morgan
