Does anyone have mimi's number?!!! I desperately need it. I got my hair done here by her all the time but I lost her number since she was leaving this place :(
Unimpressed w/the current manager. She has yet 2 properly train her staff on how the points work. Now my $50 loss & she can't do anything 4 me? If Mimi didn't work here I would never come here again.
This store is not very friendly and the individual don't seem to want to help someone over 50. So disappointed in ULTA, I will not be back.
