Bar Louie used to be a great bar in Chicago. This franchised restaurant chain has none of the soul.

Service was bad cold food that took forever to bring out with a empty building. Not sure what going on here. Pretty sure the food sat there until request. Also receive no refills on my beer and water.

Boring beer selection . Needs more local taps.

Service painfully slow. 1 of 3 bartenders had good customer skills. 2 bartenders passed multiple times without acknowledgement. 10 min wait for first glass wine . Only about 30 people in whole place.

Extremely slow service. The excuse from the server was "it's a Monday." 20 minutes to get a drink and almost an hour to get food. Very disappointing with how slow everything was.

Awful! Unless you love waiting over an hour for your overpriced food and mediocre service...
