Listen carefully when you order just drinks. Last 2 times yet haven't asked if I want an upgrade so you get a coupon for a route 44! Also, extremely slow service for a "fast food " place.

Everytime I come here I have to almost yell into the microphone for the lady to hear me. Am I the only person or does the speakers and/or mics just stink that bad here?

They either have pour misc or headphones or deaf staff . I basically had to yell into the Mic for them to hear me. They should have just opened the door.

Worst service. Drive thru waited until 4 pm ( 5 mins) to talk to us and cleared all cars ahead of us.(we said hello several times) Then they tried to deny us our happy hour drinks .

This sonic by far has the slowest service, the last 4 times I have gone I have waited 30 to 40 mins for my food
