Love the Brian's bowls and porque salad . Perfect place to sit outside and drink a margarita . Many naturally gluten free options . One of my favorite restaurants in Portland.
A weekly favorite. The carne asada is amazing. Taco Tuesday is happy hour from 3 till close and the margaritas are a way to wind down after a rough day. The Mississippi location is a tad smaller fyi
Surely the most hyped Mexican restaurant in the city . Whether it's worth the wait is up to you and the group you're hopefully going with. Did someone say tacos ?
Some of the best tacos I've ever had. Meat was flavorful and fresh. Veggies and homemade salsas were delish. Wish I could eat there everyday!
Casual , order at the counter taco shop with happy hour 3-6pm. Margaritas served in pint glasses and shrimp taco’s must not be missed.
Bryan's Bowl with shrimp is the perfect post-run meal. Don't over look the taco special. Summer Veggie or Winter Veggie is always amazing.
My faves: calamari and carnitas tacos , Bryan's Bowl, tamale plate (check for board for today's choices), the chips and guacamole , the simple salad . They also usually offer a yummy homemade soup .
my favorite order is jamaica margaritas , pollo verde tacos & a side of beans. if im really hungry, chips & guacamole which is phenomenal also. i love that they're on supportland!
veggie tacos were great as was the peach agua fresca (like literally biting into a peach )
The sangria is delicious, the habanero sauce spicy and yum, and the carnitas and camaronés pretty damn good. I'm a happy austin expat
Some of the best tacos I've ever had. Try the Pescado , Chorizo , Pollo Asado , Carne Asada , or Camarones . Get a Margarita too, obviously. Can't go wrong on Miss St.
The margaritas are so good. I recommend this place.
Pretty much everything is fantastic here. Two or three tacos are perfect, as is the Brian's Bowl. I love a small simple salad and a veg taco .
You are in taco heaven after at least 4 different tacos here. Be sure to try the calamaris one.
The ceviche is always amazing, and all the tacos are worth trying once to find your true favorites. I just wish there was an easier way to order a second margarita without waiting in line .
Super fresh and authentic Mexican good. Get a deliciously smooth Horchata to wash down the sweet R&B tunes .
Tacos are soooo good. Every variety is delicious, and not at all greasy, but my favorites are al pastor and barbacoa .
Best tacos I've ever had, and the cutest and coziest place. Get chorizo tacos ! (Excellent horchata , too)
Definitely get the carnitas and barbacoa tacos . Also, they have 2 drink maximum but their margaritas don't disappoint (and are huge).
This place was so hyped, I expected the GREATEST tacos everrr! The steak was tough. Otherwise good, but not the best and far from traditional. You're here mostly for the experience and fun combos.
Some of the best mexican food outside of socal.
Great for people with difficult dietary options- for a super tasty veg/GF option try the Bryan's Bowl.
Almost everything is good here. Don't miss the tacos , chips and guacamole and salsa , and the giant margaritas .
Ridiculously tasty food. Carnitas are the best.
Por Qué serves the famous ‘Bryan’s bowl’ (meat or vegetables , rice , beans, guacamole , and queso fresco ).
Barbacoa tacos are the way to go. Carnitas , chorizo . Al pastor are average, but batbacia is awesome.
Top 10 taco place in the US for a reason. Homemade Tortilla unbelievable.
For one of the highest rated mexican places in portland this is certainly not up to my standards compared to San Diego, New York, or San Francisco.
Por Qué No serves the famous ‘Bryan’s bowl’ (meat or vegetables , rice , beans, guacamole , and queso fresco ).
There rice and beans remind me of Southern California. Best Mexican food in the Northwest.
Best Tacos in Portland !
Tacos , Tacos , Tacos . You can't go wrong with any of the taco options on the menu, but the seafood ones are probably the best decision, especially the calamari taco .
in hot weather, sit outside under the misters door for a refreshing cool-off while you dine ????
Average human = 4 tacos . Hungry human = 6 tacos . Get anything with fish or shrimp !
Delicious tacos with Chips and guacamole !
Veggie tacos are yummy, but if your vegetarian , get some beans on the side for some protein.
This place is tasty and its a very good tribute to Mexican culture. Bit expensive though.
Tacos are great as are the chips . I’m in love with the barbacoa taco . No, really I am.
Carnitas tacos , house-made chips and guac , and specialty margaritas ! Intimate spot and best tacos EVER!!
Por Que No Plate Pollo Verde is the perfect, well rounded meal. Salad , tortillas w/ fixins and rice & beans. The salad dressing is addictive too.
Pescado tacos (with Alaskan cod ) were my favorite.
Get a Carnitas , Asada, and Pollo Verde.
Tacos , tacos , tacos ! The adobo special is especially good, but be prepared to wait in line .
From their website: the Mississippi location is temporarily closed for remodeling and will reopen around Thanksgiving.
Tacos are murderously delicious.
The Rock Shrimp Ceviche with hose made tortilla chips is awesome. *Special
