I love this place. An old school dive bar in one of the classiest food towns in the US. Smoking is allowed inside but the $3 beers and pool tables make up for it. Grab a burrito in the parking lot !
We love a dive bar stuck in the middle of a swank wining and dining scene! This may be the lowest of low key joints in town which makes it very popular among the industry folks.
You will know you have found Pancha's due the lack of exterior signage and windows. Have a drink out back around the broken table, mismatched chairs and the dumpster. Also...TACO TRUCK !
The fantastic locals make it. Chat it up with a drink and smokey treat in hand. 'Locals' include the I darn near live hear bartender(s).
Reaks of cigarette smoke. My wife left as I ordered a $3 Miller Lite. I had to pay, chug, and run out to follow her.
If ya don't enjoy a lotta smoke in your face, avoid! I will also add beware of the couch , I've heard a FEW stories.. Yikes!
Good Beers , good atmosphere. We have Fun. But don't go outside with a Drink...
They stay open late .
"if you're gonna pick someone up at Pancha's, just make sure they don't spend the night"
Ask for Charbay Tequila ! At some point they'll bring it in, hopefully due to popular demand :)
Don't mess with Rose !
Beware the couch !
OMG PBR on tap .
Talk to Bobby for some free pizza !
Just go. Play pool . Play music . Beware of the couch ...
Panchas bitches!

Great food in a beautifully designed restaurant! Must visit if you’re in town! - Ian Chee
Outstanding chilaquiles. Flavorful and delicious. The breakfast potatoes are tangy and spicy. Well done. Coffee is great too. Don’t forget to order a side of bacon as well. - Andrew Layman
Brunch: Citrus salad, Eggs Benedict, waffles, blood orange & lemonade sangria! - Nim Pangsapa
The best Mexican in Napa (and I’ve tried a lot). Pastor, carnitas, asada, chili verde all amazing. You can bring this into Panchas and enjoy with a cheap drink! - Brian B
Round up your favorite food nerds & hit the terrazzo, a cozy space with strings of light on the ceiling, a large stone fireplace & ample seating. It's the perfect spot for eating short rib meatballs. - Men's Health Mag
