Stood here due to a referral from American Airlines for canceled flight. Thought it would be a cheap low budget hotel . I was shocked. It's very nice, big and clean . We received chic chip cookies . ????????

The hotel is very well maintained. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Be sure to stop at the doubleshot tapas and burger bar . Yuly , Kety and Linh are all fantastic!

Make sure to give a serious amount of extra time to come down the elevators in the morning - just took 20 min from 10th floor! Best bet...get on elevator going up, then take it down.

Make sure you clean away your "cigarette butts", if you decide to smoke here. Though quite nice spot to take evening or night pictures of town or airport .

I love the pool! When do your reservation add the breakfast ????

About 15 minutes from airport but so worth it ... very nice, no smoke smell in our room as previously reported :-)

Their chef is awesome, not only does the hotel offer 24h room service but the food is great.

The brunch is salty , everything in the menu is salty even the drinks, food is no that good , kind of a cheap buffet , , the service is great ,people are very nice , food no good

Not recommended!A three star run down hotel . Door safety bolt broken.If one night is cool , one can not increase the room heating at night from 69 F to 72 F .because the maximum heating set at 69F!

You pay for everything at this hotel . $7 a night for parking even though your a guest. Pay for breakfast , I think there might be a charge to breathe the air inside the building. You've been warned.

This is a no go. Front desk staff wildly inattentive, room smells musty. It’s also very dated. Glad I’m here for just one night!

Typical corporate airport hotel . This one is full of Cubans.

I love it!

The hotel is all non-smoking now, but my room reeked of smoke. Guest Services was apologetic, but didn't have another room available. If you are sensitive to smoke, beware.

Bus/airport service is never on time. If you dont want to wait 45 minutes for the bus , get a cab. Bus departing to airport isn't on time either. Plan accordingly.

Worst hotel shuttle experience in my life. FYI you have to call for it. Good luck getting them to answer

HDMI won't work because they have the remote with the yellow button... LodgeNet. Ugh.

Heating and air conditioning does not work properly. Old carpets and room. I do not recommend this to a Hilton customer.

Si llegas temprano, tendrás que esperar un buen ya que las habitaciones usualmente están todas ocupadas. Te hacen esperar en la sala y ni siquiera se acercan a avisarte que el cuarto ya esta listo.

Hotel bom, quartos grandes, tem um shoppinzinho Carpete antigo, nao tem geladeira no quarto! Cafe da manha e estacionamento pagos nao pancakes , suco de laranja ! Eu ainda prefiro o Hampton.

Tive uma boa experiência: excelente atendimento, camas e quartos confortáveis. É próximo ao Sawgrass mas muito longe a pé. Nunca dei sorte com o transporte entre o hotel e o outlet .

Bom hotel próximo ao aeroporto de Miami... Apenas fiquem atentos para pegar quartos que não fiquem virados para a pista...
