The people that work in this store have the IQ of a box of nails . I go in to ask questions about certain products and all they know how to do is read the shelf talker. I can read. Shop online!

Have a good idea what you're looking for and where it is. The employees are just above licking the windows.

Bought new LG washer/dryer & had a very good experience all around. Cheaper than Home Depot. I would definitely buy appliances from here again!

Brought my son here to spend his Xmas money. He wants an anime . This best buy has "maybe" 8 to 10 to pick from. Worst selection ever. My son was downright angry.

Well back again for the car starter. Due to defective part. Had to send it out to get repaired. Now back here for them to install it. Appt at 4pm. Truck still not in the shop. WTF

False. Best Buy always honors Bestbuy.com

Very frustrated. I have 10am appt for mobile tech to pull out car starter. Show up at 10. No one around. They try to call tech no answer and do not know why he is not here. Waste of my time

No longer honor online price in the store.
