Terrible service. I sat at a table, pulled up an extra chair for a friend, and the one of the staff people tried to take it away 3 times and when I asked her not to she shoved the chair at me.

This is my first trip to Einsteins. Unwelcoming environment, everyone is grumpy (especially the order taker), and the bagels are awful. If you can, go to hot bagel instead.
Avoid this location. It's understaffed and dirty .
No a/c and no turkey .. Bad day at Einsteins :(
