This place is great! Friendly employees. Mini store stocked with frozen meals, drinks, wine , & beer . Nice 'hot & fresh' breakfast bar . Nice clean rooms .

Elevator needs updating but awesome place for families - awesome suites. Free parking , wifii &!breakfast !

Elevators are a bit slow. Food is very good (breakfast and dinner free beer/wine included). Beds are super comfy but mine was noisy . 3 flat screen TVs in the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious bedrooms.

Not true that there is only one elevator . They are just in different locations in the hotel . 1 bedroom rooms give you a good amount of space! Nice to have a separate bedroom.

Complimentary breakfast and dinner buffets . Shuttle service to Universal Orlando, and a front lobby area to buy express passes!

Every room has a kitchen! Gave us the ability to cook each night without having to grill in the rain.

Giant pool, older rooms, huge breakfast , all dogs welcome big or small

Hotel is old but it could be better managed. Carpet was so dirty that my socks turned grey after just some steps. One of the receptionists was so rude I avoided talking to her. Slowest elevator ever.

Bom lugar para você se acomodar em sua viagem de férias, um bom café da manhã com variedades de alimentos essenciais de acordo com cada cultura! O quarto é bem espaçoso e tem um bom atendimento.

Hotel com Ótima a instalações e Boa localização. O café da manhã que é um pouco complicado devido a grande fluência. As vezes não se encontra lugar para sentar mas existe a opção de toma-lo no quarto.

Excelente custo benefício para as férias de Orlando se você tem carro alugado . Infelizmente o café da manhã é o mesmo quase todos os dias, muita gordura e pimenta ;-(
