I'd not hesitate to recommend Zinc to anyone staying at the hotel . Food not only well presented but looked and tasted as good. Service is as attentive as it should be to top your dining experience
Celebrating our engagement and the staff was wonderful. Sat down for 3 hours to enjoy a relaxing meal with great wine . Food was phenomenal. Best calamari and scallop s appetizer dish I've had.
The Sunday buffet brunch has a great variety including lobster and sushi . However, some of the food can be improved in terms of quality and taste.
Had a "Czech Tasting Menu " (4 course) : interesting to discover local cuisine . Nice and quiet place .

For me it is more Asian Fusion . Presentation and taste are good, but if you need big portions it's not the place.
