How many complaints have to be made about the drive thru before management starts holding people accountable around here?

Supposedly Vegetarian Friendly : I asked for a nacho bell grande and for the beef to be substituted with corn which I've done many times. The manager refused...isn't corn cheaper?

Drive thru takes forever anytime of day!
