the Safeway that time forgot! I still like it when I just need to get something quick since i'm near but if I need to do some real shopping then it's Diamond Heights

employees at this store are very friendly The personal approach makes shopping better -store is incredibly small and quite cramped. -parking is unsafe and the place is filthy both inside and out.

found out the downside of the ample rooftop parking when I went in to buy some veggies , 15 minutes later I see my car with the window smashed out and my backpack gone and there's no deterrent cameras

This is a smaller Safeway, but still has pretty much everything you need . . . just a little less of it.

Love the deli food here!

This Safeway is so shitty they keep their jars of INSTANT COFFEE locked up. I have no idea why, this is a safe neighborhood . Do yourself a favor and go to Diamond Heights instead.

Not as nice as the renovated ones. Selection is limited

Ridiculously long lines , and half the products are locked up -- you'd even be better off at the Mission Safeway.

7/30/13 @ 748pm - theft on the 2nd floor lot- don't park there. car window passenger side broken in. (looks like employees car too). Sucks.

Rotten deli , even by Safeway standards. Where do they find these dim bulbs?

They sell Starbucks Keurig pods now!

Never go here when you're in a hurry. ????

They tend to run out of stuff fast, alot of empty shelves.

Slow service long lines every Friday night.
