If you really want an instant coronary try the Chili Cheese Fries w/ Pastrami . Pretty much an entire sandwich worth of pastrami on top of an already gigantic serving of chili fries .

One of the best pastrami sandwiches in SoCal. very thin-sliced and piled onto a french roll , not New York style, but great tasting.
