Pre-treatment facilities: Ppl rave abt d outdoor unisex Forest Onsen onsen/pools, outdoor plunge pools , sauna , vitality pools w massage jets, crystal steam rooms . Arrv 1 hour early to enjoy them! :-D

Stay on after your treatment and enjoy the amazingly serene spa facilities include plunge pools , saunas , tea rooms , sleep zones and a zen studio.

Best spa in town n it's got a lovely gym too. Make sure u get there at least an hour before your massage session to use the facilities.

Maternity packages: They offer treatments for mums-to-be, pre- to post-natal. There's body exfoliation & mask, as well as massages (body, legs, head)

Cancellation policy: If u cancel less than 24hrs b4 scheduled appt, it's 100% charge. 4 group/event bookgs (6 or more pax), u nd to cancel/ reschedule @ least 30days prior! Source: T&C booklet
