Best place to jog and take the kids in Singapore. Jacob Ballas, the lake near Botanic Garden MRT has 100+ turtles and a black swan, red brick walk has a nice incline for jogging.

It is indeed the best botanic garden in the world! The rainforest is a must see, it feels like the real Amazon there. And do not leave before taking a walk around the symphony lake . Simply beautiful!!
Spotted the belinjau tree (gnetum gnemon) near the Red Brick path, whose seeds are flattened to make a bitter but addictive local cracker/snack by the same name (or paddy oats or malinjo)
Garden sculptures . They add beauty to the garden . See if you spot Girl on a Swing , Swing Me Mama & Chang Kuda, amongst of the foliage -- some hidden right in front of u ;-)
Probably the best botanic garden . Very comfortable space to walk and feel the nature. Don't forget to take water and umbrella. Beware of rain. The evolution park is really impressive.
Great place for weekends outdoor activities . The place usually packed with picnickers , wedding photographers and runners. Instagram worthy. There’s a few cafe and restaurants you can try here.
This is the largest and well designed botanic gardens I have ever seen. Definitely, need to visit this attraction while in Signapore. It could take all day to go through the attraction .

Great gardens fairly close to Orchard Rd. Don't miss the National Orchard Garden ! Enter from Botanic Garden station. Exit at Tanglin Gate and take any of the busses to Orchard Rd in front of the Gate.
Amazing place for nature-lovers. Can spend the whole day there. Be sure to bring plenty of water, there are so many corners to explore.

Visit "Food Canopy" near visitor centre at cluny end. It has a green roof n hawker stalls of local food. Abt 5 min walk fr visitor centre where casa verde cafe is. Ask for directions at visitor centre

The Gardens are a great place to relax and go for a stroll or jog. Evolution garden , sundial garden , ginger garden , the lake - it's all good.
Perfect all day long. Morning and evening is perfect for running, the days for walks and picnics . Some good restaurants available as well . Sundays can be busy.

The oldest recorded tree in Singapore is this Tembusu tree , reportedly 159yo in 2011. To locate it, look for a fence around a tree , with part of its branches supported

Not my favorite gardens in general, but the orchid garden is worth the trip. Definitely aim to arrive early morning to avoid the heat (8-10am is a nice visit)

This one of the most peaceful and greenest gardens that Singapore has to offer. Located at 1 Cluny Road , this is the best place to take that early morning walk and even some tai-chi. Opens at 5 am.
Magical and very tranquil. Go on a weekday after 6pm where it's all quiet except for few hardcore joggers. Enjoy the crickets and silence :)
Great place for picnics and lazy Sundays. Can be crowded and hot. Hang out at the gazebos to escape the heat. Note: bring drinks and food!
While here make sure to visit the National Orchids Garden . With hundreds of different varieties, its a green thumb's dream! Bring a blanket and stay for the concerts in Palm Valley.
