Panera Bread

Don't go near closing time. Staff starts making remarks and announcements that the are closing. Though, they do it nicely by offering you a to go box (every 2 minutes) LOL!

I've been to this location a few times and so far they haven't reminded me that I have an option to get an apple on the side instead of a baguette . Unfortunately you can't rely on them to remind you.

There is one nice black guy that works there. He's friendly , professional and gives a welcoming feeling. Other than that, the lower end workers pretty Much suck.

I can only order certain things from the menu without disappointment. I got my husband the steak & white cheddar panini . For $9.99 it’s a joke, sparse meat and no flavor. Less meat than Subway.

The new spinach salad + onion soup is judt great.

Bad customer service. While I was waiting 15 MINUTES for my CALLED IN order, people came, ordered, got their food and left. Asked a question and was waved off.

Bread bowl with broccoli cheddar . The best.

Bring a jacket - it's almost always freezing in this restaurant !
