Great small animal butchery class . Great time with the teacher and the people participating. Had a great time and the food at the end was fantastic. Really suggest doing a class . Store is great.
Took 3 classes here- Knife Skills, meats 101 and Pasta Making. Pasta is the most fun! You get to eat what you make too :)
One of my all time favorite places. Pop in to grab groceries , DIY beer/cheese/jam/tofu making supplies, meat from the Meat Hook or to get your knives sharpened. Make sure to take one of their classes !

Cooking class here was pretty bomb. And there's enough food for a full meal. And you get a discount after for the cooking store. And they have a cow statue out front. Lots of win.

Anyone in to cooking will love this place... Get some of the balsamic vinegar on tap
Highly recommend the Knife Skills class . Anna was the coolest instructor .
Cooking lessons here are alright - the teacher we had was pretty sarcastic but monotone so was hard to grok. Mostly simple assembly stuff.
No longer a retail shop - they now hold classes and awesome dinners !

I did, I liked them but I didn't think they were as good as the beer flavored salted caramels from Brooklyn Kitchen. Did you eat it?
The knife skills class is great. The only bummer is you'll cringe watching other people use knives wrong.
A little bit of everything, with new surprises all the time
Everything. Everything is good here.
