I always find great bargains at the Ross Dress For Less in West Ashley Shoppes on Orleans Road . This is the best Ross location in the Charleston area of all of their stores.
Ross Dress For Less has a great selection of designer clothing for the entire family. The location at West Ashley Shoppes is their best/most convenient area store. Great housewares too!

There are a lot of really cute dresses there right now for plus sized girls but not so much for chicas with... large tracts of land.
You really need to have time to look because the store seems to be somewhat disorganized. Good prices if you can find what you are looking for.
