On the last Friday of every month there is an amazing 50s and 60s dance party called Shindig!
Got a seat at the bar and Jesse who was my bartender introduced himself. Then when I went into the back for the Pocket Dwellers rap show the sound system , room temperature and atmosphere was great!
The bench in front of the bar is great fir people watching . Much thought and taste has gone towards creating a warm hip vibe. Live the decor and sound in the back room !
The Piston already scores big for its unorthodox location, next to the Long & McQuade at Ossington & Bloor, and that it's named after an NBA team. The sound and personnel kick it to the next level.
A cool place to stare at cute hipster chicks, drink some beers & maybe listen to some live music . The piston is always a good pick for drinks on the weekend.
