Lucky's is the first breakfast place I visited when I can to Dallas for the first time last year. It is one of my favorite places for a hearty breakfast , good and simple. The staff are great too!

Barton Creek Club Salad was wonderful. Generous helping of turkey , bacon , a few sliced tomatoes and yummy honey sweetened ranch dressing . The best part was NO ONIONS! Loved it!

Breakfast all day, including their delicious Migas , fried Brussel sprouts and freshly squeezed juice ! Couldn't have asked for more! I am definitely marking Lucky's Cafe as a frequent spot:)

It's all about the jalepeno poppers . while I can choose to be healthy with all the delicious vegetable choices, I usually eat chicken fried steak and sweet potato fries . yummm.

Although I think their breakfasts are some of the best in Dallas and their morning biscuits are to die for, their lunches and dinners are special too. Great selection of vegetables , too!

Delicious!!! The staff was so sweet and the food was FANTASTIC! Only complaint would be I LOVE GRITS and the grits here were very coarse almost crunchy and not good.

Biscuits are amazing! Along with their scrambled eggs . Not a fan of their grits . They need to make some kind of cheese grits to add to their menu.

The blueberry pancakes are heaven. Lots of berries inside and on top, warm syrup and whipped butter= perfect pancakes ! And if you want a savory breakfast get the migas ! Amazing!

This is my favorite place to eat alone on weekdays & read the newspaper. James, Jim, Roger & Arg are the greatest. On weekends they're slammed but weekdays are serene. Sit next to the windows.

Lucky's chicken fried chicken waffle is one of the best kept secrets in all of Dallas. Get it fully loaded (butter, syrup , gravy , etc). Seriously! You will not be disappointed.

Lucky's is a great old town , uptown diner . They have great food and drinks and the wait staff is wonderful!
