Poor paper cups for disposal. Not green enough.
天候が悪い時 は屋内席も利用可。ただし、トイレは東京文化会館内 のものは使用不可のため、外の公衆トイレ となります。子連れで気になる方は、目の前の国立西洋美術館 のトイレがオススメです。多目的トイレも。
テラス も東京文化会館内 の席も雰囲気は良いのですが、食器がディスポでチープです
コーヒー は、紙パックコーヒー を入れるだけなので、値段の割りに味が微妙。
東京文化会館で演奏会 などがある時 のみ、室内の席は16時 迄のようです。ない時 はテラス席 と一緒っぼい。
コストパフォーマンスは悪いですね。コンビニのサンドイッチ とかコーヒー と変わらないので。
冬の晴天時 は、外で座布団とブランケットでお茶のむのが、とても気持ちいいです。
大ホールでコンサート等がある時 は屋内の席は使えなくなります。
室内の席もありますが、16時 までのようです。テラス席 は18時 までかな？
サントリーホールと並んで日本を代表するクラシック音楽界の最も優れたホールです。上野駅から至近距離にあり、周囲には数々の文化施設が隣接、上野恩賜公園の敷地内にあり、コンサートの前後には、散策もおすすめです。 - Aki Aki

If you need to rest your feet and not spend a small fortune on a snack while you are in Omotesando, try Mos Cafe. Better than McD's but still a fast food chain. There's also an English menu. - nina

Fantastic park, especially during hanami season! Google Map helps to figure out if it's a full bloom season or not yet. Crowded, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. You can see some street performances. - Elena Kiseleva
