What's good here is everything! The pool, has playgrounds for the kids, the room has a good view of the city , the food is amazing. The Heat is really amazing. I love this place. ????

You must try the buffet at Heat.. Different cuisines. (I remember when I was in college I tried their buffet .. so much love) yum yum yum ????

Well maintained 5 star hotel in Metro Manila, The Heat restaurant offers wide range of food choices. Staffs are very helpful. Take a relaxing nap at their pool side . Good for those who love luxury .

Had a healthy afternoon coffee .Assorted Organic sandwiches on grain bread with freshly brewed coffee . kinda refreshing after whole day of stress of training . *..........* the best 5 star service.

Edsa Shangrila Hotel looks as grand as ever. I just recently found out that there is a connecting bridge from Edsa Shangrila Hotel to the Shangrila Plaza Mall .

We stayed at room 747, there is used cotton buds in the cr, the magnifying mirror is rusting, and the cr has busted bulb. And this is a 5 star hotel . ???? And you can't clame your circle reward.

The new home of the Manila Fashion Festival with free WIFI where it's needed. And the upload/download speed is pretty decent! ????????

Nice new CRs. Very Quiet . Infact too quiet . When dropping bombs, use the highly sensitive auto flusher by leaning forward and backward in sync w your bombs to minimize the explosion

Parking & valet is expensive if your ticket is unvalidated. Have your ticket validated so that the 1st 3 hrs are free. Or if you're checkedin, its free for your entire stay, validate @ the Conciérge .

They have mosquitoes the size of golf balls on the pool area . So bring your own off lotion. Likewise, dont expect much Shang quality service from the pool area attendants, youll get disappointed

Easiest way from Manila is to pass along Ortigas, right at pioneer, right at j.vargas then left at megamall. Hotel is at the right

Very good hotel service. The basic hotel rooms are already kinda dated in looks, but well maintained. Regular CRT TV , no LCDs. Free wifi but not functional during my stay ( 10th floor, Sept 9-11)

They only have 2 elevators at the Garden Wing. Seriously?!? And during our stay, the other elevator was under repair. As a result, very long queues from the pool area to the hotel room!! ????
