The breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are quite big and cozy . Right on Hamburg Downtown, surrounded by stores and restaurants . Staff service is very good. Had a wonderful time

Nice hotel , weird smell in the corridors as this hotel has been a factory at old times, nice cozy lobby with life music during weekends, amazing location near all luxurious shopping malls :))

Modern industrial style rooms and gym . No pool but use of nearby Marriott's pool

Unacceptable that in 2013 there is no free high speed wifi all around the hotel . There is not going to be a second time at this hotel until they fix this

Super zum arbeiten in der Lobby, da in den Tischen oft Steckdosen eingelassen sind. Nachteil nur der extrem teure WLAN Zugang

Unschön: Sehr teurer WiFi-Zugang für 12,50 Euro/Tag (Stand: August 2012). Bei den Zimmerpreisen könnte man einen (kosten-)freien Zugang erwarten. Aber zumindest 3G-Abdeckung der DT und VF sehr gut.

Ein sehr schönes und hochklassiges Hotel , welches nur wenige Schritte von der Binnenalster und dem Rathaus entfernt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!
