4 dollar haircuts in this economy? It's a steal! They're pretty good if you don't need a fancy haircut for anything. Mr. Chan, the boss, is the best.
Don't know what his name is but the guy in the back room in the best. Also wouldn't hurt to bring a photo if your nervous.
This is the only place I tip 50% for my hair cut as it's $4 cash :D
