The Geek Squad here is the best! Really helpful. You might wait a little bit but just be patient.

Agreeing with all of the service and personnel issues... Walked in knowing what I want and waited an HOUR for someone to help me.... They need help here.

Staff always willing to help me find what I need.

Go to targets mobile phone department, their phones are cheaper, plus they have better customer service. I upgraded 3 lines and was out within 10 mins

Great experience in the TV dept and they price matched a tv for us! :)

There was some annoying confusion because of bkack Friday but they figured it out. Their frustrating maze that they made of products probably could have been planned out better.

Used to be a nice bby now it's complete trash. Lines for geek squad are ridiculous and other customers jump in front of you with no courtesy either. Better to go to south Philly it's worth the drive

If you want a real best buy go to the one in south philadephia. They know alot more about their product and are not comission paid.

If you're looking to buy a used game from here. Dont. They all won't work when you get home to try the game won't work. It happened to me.

I agree the service isn't the best. Waited an awful long time for someone to come and help me and the store was practically empty. Go to the one in DE and save some tax!

They only care about making commission. The sales staff are poorly trained ,and everything here is overpriced. I have yet to encounter someone here who has a clue about anything.

Some one in the parking lot offered me crystal meth never again will I shop here

Not very well kept. Merchandise in the wrong shelves, staff not well educated .
